2013 Beach Season - Message from the Director
Swimming in Long Island Sound
at a natural sandy beach is provided by the Larchmont Manor Park
Society for residents of the Manor and the Village. Residents of the
other areas served by the Larchmont Post Office are also eligible to
apply when space permits. Due to the size of the beach and the
number of bathhouses, access is limited to residents of these areas.
Patrons must rent a bathhouse or locker privileges in order to swim
or use the beach.
Revenues from operation of the Beach, which is
open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, are used for upkeep of the
bathhouse and its walkways and paths and for insurance and salaries
for lifeguards and other staff.
